I’m starting to pull through this latest flare of my illness and get rolling again. As I’m doing so, I’m trying to be mindful of the the things that help me cope on this rollercoaster. As I mentioned yesterday, one idea is to pull together a journal/gratitude reminder book. Not sure what that will look like yet. I’m throwing photos and phrases that uplift me and inspire me in to a box. Hoping the project will pull itself together. It would be good to have a “go-to” resource on the days I’m struggling the most, but still have a place to journal each day. Trying to work on my watercolor journaling because I think that may be the best format.
