I woke up full of energy and ready to go on this beautiful fall day! I’m full of gratitude at being able to type that. When my little momma called me this morning at 9:00 and learned I had already been buzzing about the house for a while, I could tell her spirits were lifted too. It has been a long journey on the road to recovery. I never really could read a map… But I’m Irish enough to be knocking on my desk as I type this. While fall has always been my favorite time of year, it has been the most challenging for my health for three years. Hoping 2014 is the year I break that jinx. #SuckItLupus #YouTooBloodClots Pardon my un-lady like talk. Trust me, my momma did raise me right. But sometimes… no other words will tell the tale.
A Look Back at Summer
So while we’ll be draining the fountain, packing up the fairy gardens and generally getting ready to face winter over the next few weeks, I thought I would share a few photos of summer. You will quickly notice I’m #NotAPhotographer I am working on it though. In fact, if you stop back tomorrow, I will share links to some of the great photography resources I found online. I know many of you are new bloggers like me and find some of the photography out there to be intimidating.
I love rose-colored geraniums!
Girls Spa Day this Summer!
We had a home spa day this summer to celebrate my sister turning one of those birthdays that ends in zero and isn’t 30!
If you are looking for photography resources, stop in tomorrow! I will be sharing all the ones I’ve rounded up…
